I’m giving it 4 bones because our key wasn’t working so we had to go back and forward 3 times until our key finally worked. Also our room was missing the remote control to the tv but front desk gave us one. The water was coming out yellow but the front desk said it’s normal for Louisiana. Room was big and comfortable for my dog and clean as well.

The rooms are very spacious for dogs. Out room had a comfortable couch and desk. Also we had a mini fridge but no microwave. The bathroom is very nice and fancy. The only thing bad is that we found a small baby roach but the hotel took care of it right away. Also the pillows are extra soft and not so comfortable. I still gave it 5 bones because I love this hotel

This best western has been the nicest one I been to. Nice and clean rooms, very spacious for our dog. Beautiful from the inside and very quiet at night. Nancy was very nice to us. She has excellent customer service

This hotel is very old. The pictures on the website are very nice but in person it’s a different story. The walls are dirty, the curtains have stains and the restroom needs some updating. The ceiling in the restroom is very low as well. I will never stay here again

The hotel it’s nice from the inside and out but the room is a little too small and the restroom needs an update. The bathtub looked old. Other than that everything was great and good area for dogs to do their business

Very comfortable beds and pillows. We had a small patio for my husky and he enjoyed it very much. Breakfast was very delicious since they prepare it for you once you order it. We were running late for check out and the staff gave us 30 extra minutes which we were very thankful for. Quiet at night and very beautiful during the day. If we ever in town again we will stay again
