Stopped overnight en route from NM to CA. Checked into a 1st floor room that seemed to have been recently remodeled and was exceptionally clean and without any odors (pet nor cleaning chemicals). Plenty of nice towels & fluffy pillows.

Stayed here for a week w/my Coonhound, Sky, who was welcomed with a personalized bowl filled to the brim with treats! As stated in other reviews, this is a small establishment (7 rooms total) that offers an exceptionally clean and cozy place to stay when traveling to the Central Coast area w/dogs. The room was nicely decorated (beach theme).

Very clean, friendly staff & easy access on/off I-40. Building is a bit dated, but there was a new vanity, new HVAC unit & laminate wood flooring that was a welcome change from yucky carpet. No designated “potty” area, but plenty of open space around building to take care of business. Also … no mini-fridge nor free-breakfast, but overall good value & would recommend for a short stay.
