We stayed at this hotel on the 10th. We arrived late and the check in staff was very nice. The room was clean and all was good. I made the reservation on BringFido app where I marked that we had one dog no problem everything went well. This morning when I checked out the woman at the front desk was very rude. I let her know I was checking out and inquired about the $100 charge to my credit card. I said it was a transaction she said it was a hold. I then said that all my charges said the same thing. She replied very rudely that it was a hold and then stated that I had a dog.

I said I know I made the booking on BringFido where I stayed that I marked I had a dog. She told me I booked through Expedia at which point I pulled up my email to show her that I booked through BringFido where I marked that I had a dog. She replied rudely again that was was checked out. She was very rude and stated that I lied. I didn’t appreciate this at and I assumed that the hotel was alerted that I have a dog. I never had this issue in the past.

Husband and wife owned. This motel is old school. The host was very welcoming and told us all about the places that our dog could go with us. I recommend this motel to other dog lovers.
