The hotel, location and staff were great! My refrigerator was not working and they replaced it the next day so I could store my dog’s supplements. The only reason for less than 5 bones is that bits a very loud, old hotel. Thin walls and ceilings. You could hear every footstep from the room above and voices as well. Very annoying when the people arrived at 10:30pm and were constantly moving around until 1:30am in the morning.
