Visited today Aug 4th. Nice large fenced park and a smaller one for pups. Picnic table and benches and water for the pups plus poop bags. We didn't immediately spot the sign for the car park, but turn left when you cross the railway track and see the park on the right. 2nd left up that roaf is the car park. It's visible from the park, important if like us you have laptops in the car. It had stormed the night before and so there was some still water in the middle of the field and ergo a lot of mosquitos. But we loved it and so did the dogs. Will go back when passing Monticello, just north of Minneapolis.

We got there around 6pm on a Friday evening, no one there. The water supply was on and there were plenty of sticks in the stick library. Very nice and clean area for small and large dogs. Added to our list of must visits on our next roadtrip. Probably 6 minutes north of I90. Thank you Mitchell!
