Poor Stay

We travel with our dogs quite often, and they are typically well behaved. This particular stay they were apparently barking when we left the room. I was made aware of this by a hotel employee who came to find us and told us (exact quote) “hey, you need to shut them dogs up”.
I was very taken aback by her aggressive tone. Later we discovered she had called us and left a voicemail using the same type of language “shut your dogs up”. I’m more than willing to take responsibility for my animals if they’re causing a disturbance, but this employee was very curt with us and we no longer felt welcome after that interaction.
In addition to the poor interaction, the room was also very bright at night, one of the chairs was broken, and the sink faucet was absolutely disgusting with think mold and/or bacterial sludge growing under the handle. Not worth the price and we definitely won’t ever return.
