We just stayed 2 wonderful nights at Best Friends Roadhouse and Mercantile! Clean, bright & colorful, comfortable, and centered around pets! The staff was also very welcoming! Our room was one of the best we’ve ever spent the night in!

The location was good and the bed was comfortable. Cleanliness upon arrival was disturbing. The toilet seat was smeared with feces and smelled badly. The ice bucket had a black hair inside it. The breakfast was also minimal and not appetizing, so we passed on breakfast.

Clean facility! Extremely friendly & helpful employees! The breakfast was very good! Highly recommend!

Perfect stopping point midway on our 1000 mile drive! We and our dog were treated like VIPs when we arrived! The hotel was very nice with many great amenities! Our large room was clean and cozy and also had many extras! The hot breakfast was excellent also! The icing on the cake was the personal note of thanks we received at our room doorstep the morning we checked out!

Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly! The accommodations were a great value and appreciate it that no pet fee is charged! We will stay again if in the area.
