they brought water out for my dog before even taking our drink orders. still very dog friendly, other review must have been due to covid? owner of the bar personally fed my dog bacon.

Totally worth the extra drive around the back of the mountains to bring your dog! they don’t allow dogs on the tram from ABQ, but this even better. The scenic Highway is beautiful during the summer. High elevation at the crest, so make sure you and dog have a lot of water.

I used Alameda parking lot for access to the Bosque: Alameda Bosque Trail Parking Space

Beautiful trail next to the Rio Grande. Views of the Sandias and sunsets are amazing. Alameda area has some additional open space walks.

Good zinfandels, low and high outdoor seating with astroturf, Benches with soft blankets, doggie treats. Wine tastings were $15, free with bottle purchase.
