This Red Roof Changed Policy

Made reservation and said we had two dogs. When arrived they said it’s now only one dog per room and they have to be crated while in room. Then they gave us a form thats wording was not friendly towards the advertised pet friendly advertising. Phrases look like, most pet owners are responsible, but..., and housekeeping must visit to check on rooms daily for those with pets.

Lastly the front desk is understaffed. There was a little line out the door during checking. I counter 15 people in line.
