Everyone was so nice. They moved us to a lower room because the air conditioner wasn’t working. The place was clean and treated the pups like royalty!

When we arrived the manager was super friendly and made us feel welcomed! We were also pleasantly surprised to find how clean the rooms were! The last Red Roof Inn we stayed at in Grand Rapids was so disgustingly dirty! Glad we found this little gem!

Very clean, friendly staff, great value! Rooms are newly renovated, there was a full size fridge, cooktop, microwave, small dinette and sink all for 1/3 of the price of other hotel/motels in the area! Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

The manager was so nice and super helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable!

Although hotel is clean, we went to the room and the first thing we saw was the bedspread was filled with burn holes. Hotel was located in an abandoned area and there were numerous afterhours activities that took place. Obviously there is a lot of problems there because they charge you a $40 deposit and you don’t get it back until you checkout and the manager physically checks your room to make sure nothing is missing. Would not recommend!
