Dogs Welcomed!

Pensacola Bay Brewery

we had such a fun time at Pensacola brewery. me and my dog were able to walk inside and order a beer. Otis was promptly greeted, pet, and given a treat. the beers were delicious, the service friendly and hospitable, and the patio comfy with friendly folks to chat with. will definitely be back!

Finally! A Dog Hotel That Allows Humans

Aloft Green Bay

Can’t say enough good things about this place. I’m cashing in all of my Hilton points and will only be staying at this brand going forward. Checked in was effortless and I got to meet a puppy up for adoption at the front desk. Say no more. You have my business for life. They had dog bowls at the front desk too. Met some neat dogs hanging out in the lobby area and bar area with their owners. We got a sign to put on our door that let people and housekeeping know there was a dog in the room. All other hotels I’ve been to that are “dog friendly “ are really just dog tolerant. I truly felt that my dog was welcomed here! Such a fun vibe with all the people we ran into wanting to pet Otis and seemed genuinely happy there were dogs around. This is not the atmosphere at other places we’ve stayed. Can’t wait to take my pup to another Aloft property soon!

No Service

1855 Saloon and Grill

I called ahead to confirm that their patio was open and that they allow dogs. Got there about 5 min later and sat on the patio for over 10 minutes. No one ever came out to serve us so we left. Can’t really say that the service was even bad

Outdoor Walk Up Motel

Red Roof Inn Lexington South

As a single female traveler with my dog, I do not feel comfortable with places where you can access it from the outside. Love the fact that red roof inn is always pet friendly but this was a near dealbreaker for me.

Great If You Live In Asheville

Biltmore Estate

$60 people. $60 to just walk the grounds. This is a full ticket price to tour the hose, grounds, winery, etc. unless you live in Asheville and have an annual pass, $60 is astronomically high to pay to walk your dog. As another has mentioned, they need to have a grounds only ticket option
