If I were rating this hotel on just the hotel it’s a 5 star review but unfortunately if you are traveling with a dog it’s not as good. There is little to no grass within several blocks of the hotel. I was standing in the median (the only grassy area close) at 4am to let her use the bathroom. Great hotel but no pet relief area close.

The hotel was nice. There are no restaurants within walking distance. There were a lot of grassy areas on property for Lily to go to the bathroom. We would stay here again.

I’ll start with the positive: Nice area with plenty of food and shopping options. Now for the negatives:
The hotel grounds had a lot of trash on them. The sidewalks, parking lot and grass areas were littered with all sorts of trash. Now this could be due to the people staying here. The room was decent but there were chip crumbs all over the floor like no one had vacuumed. The window must leak because the drywall was rotting and falling down. The hallways were filled with trash and also needed a good vacuuming.

Now for the worst part. When we checked in at 3:30pm someone was complaining about no hot water. The staff told them it was due to how many people were taking showers (at 3pm). Well, at 10pm there was still no hot water. I got the same answer when I called and questioned it. The next morning we still had zero hot water. I’ve never heard of such a thing as a hotel running out of hot water.
As far as for Lily, there isn’t a lot of grass on property and what is here was sparse. A lot of bad pet owners also, as there was poop everywhere. I definitely would never consider staying here again.

First off, the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The room was big and clean enough. There was only one small spot in the front with grass for Lily to potty but if you walked offsite there were a lot of sidewalks (right next to the street) where she was able to exercise. We never got our room to cool down. We set the thermostat to 60 with the fan on high for the entire time. During the night it was bearable but struggled for the most part. Not the hotel's fault, but it was packed and we had to use the stairs more than the elevator due to the lines. It wasn’t a bad experience but I don’t believe we’d do it again.

We stayed here last weekend. You could tell by the building it was an older hotel but had been modernized. As far as Lily goes it was great! Tons of grass where she could do her business. The only drawback was the shower needed some bleach. You could see some pink stuff in the grout that needed cleaning. Other than that all was good. 3.5 Bones

We recently stayed at this Aloft. The lobby area was nice and the rooms weren’t huge but were big enough. Rooms were fairly clean but our shower leaked water all over the floor in the toilet/shower area. As far as pets go it was really nice. They have a large grass area right next to the pool and the surrounding streets had sidewalks that Lily and I were able to get plenty of exercise while we stayed. Would stay here again.

Hotel was nice and rooms were clean. There wasn’t a lot of grass area around for our dog but we were able to walk down the sidewalk (right next to the street) to get some exercise. Overall we would stay here again.

We stayed here due to a soccer tournament in the area. First off the staff was very nice and helpful. No complaints with any of them. The rooms are small with not much space to move around. The hotel wasn’t dirty but I wouldn’t call it clean either. Breakfast was the usual and good. There is very little grass on the property to let your dog potty. Our room looked directly into the pool room and shared a wall with it. That wasn’t a problem but our A/C unit smelled a little from it. As most Drurys the cost was $40 per night for our pet, not per stay. It wasn’t terrible but I don’t think I would ever stay here again.

The room was very nice and the hotel was in a cool location. Just across the street from the parking lot was a large open field to let your dog run off leash. Within a couple blocks there are miles of walking trails that wind through the neighborhood, as well as a nature preserve. We would definitely stay here again.
