I regret booking this location. It smells so so bad and saw the worst clients. Did not feel safe and left my stay early. Even my dogs were uneasy.

We enjoyed our visit. Great location to downtown; walking distance to Lithia Park and Japanese gardens as well as dog friendly restaurants. Got a room on the first floor close to the office, pool and breakfast room. Could park close to the room and the property was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again.
