Clean, comfortable rooms. Very accommodating for dogs, big field right across the parking lot makes it easy to run pups outside for a quick potty break in the morning or before bedtime. The continental breakfast is decent. Overall just a comfortable, easy place to stay. Izzy and I have stayed twice now and it’s been great both times.

Staff were all incredibly friendly, booking was easy. Lots of great walking nearby with the beach and the cemetery immediately behind.

We hiked a few of the trails, the park itself is beautiful, the trails were well marked with maps at each intersection and mostly shaded. All facilities were spotless and sparkling clean.

We had the Rosa pizza which was delicious and the Octoberfest beer, which I loved. All of the staff were courteous and sweet to my pup. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience here!

Most recreation areas are off-limits to dogs. Parking and access to the dog friendly trails are HARD to find. The Salt Spur trail was nice, trailhead is across the street from Odd Todd’s Tacos in Salt Springs. Once you get on that trail, it connects to the Florida National Scenic Trail and you can hike as far as you want. The Salt Springs Wildlife Viewing trail was really beautiful and just under 2 miles for a quick hike.

Super easy booking, price was excellent for the space. Room was really clean, appreciated that one dog was free and the second was only $15. Great service, friendly staff.
