We were seated next to the short wall of the park. Dogs were so happy to lie on the wall in the shade next to us. Great service and food!

The dirty carpet was a big turnoff and had what looked like a fresh stain right between the beds that was NOT thoroughly cleaned up. No housekeeping staff available in the evening when we checked in, so instead we laid down a big towel and ignored it. Furniture was pretty beat up and bathroom caulking was such a mess. Our room was right by the 1st floor ice machine, and noisy people were abundant. The whole place seemed to be undergoing exterior renovations. We weren't around during construction hours to be bothered by noise, but the parking lots had dumpsters and debris that was pretty unappealing. Staff were nice and efficient, and price was acceptable. Probably won't go back.

Cool house in a cool neighborhood across from a cool park hosted by Cool Dan and Sweet Rosie the dog. Dan's a great cook and a gracious host.
