Great park with obstacle course
Spikes Dog Park at Gas N' GoAmazing park for dogs to stop and play. Unfortunately many dogs’ owners aren’t picking poop as it was everywhere. Come on people, how hard is it to pick up especially when bags are provided!?
The gas station had wonderful friendly staff and clean bright bathroom.
Delicious lunch on heated patio
Cafe AlfrescoExcellent food & drinks brought to us by charming Matt. Heaters were on for extra comfort. Wonderful, quaint downtown Dunedin is worth a visit.
Tasty lunch and drinks
Doc Ford's Rum Bar & Grille St Pete PierWe enjoyed the patio for a late lunch and drinks on a sunny day. Great view and atmosphere. Excellent server.
Patio with heaters
Salt Cracker Fish CampWe felt welcomed by the staff, offered great food and service. On a chilly evening, the patio is a nice spot with heaters and a view of the marina.
Leashed dogs beach
Clearwater North BeachBeautiful beach for hanging out with your family including leashed pup. Only drawbacks: No washrooms nearby and parking can be challenging. We researched ahead, got dropped off at Somerset, while hubby parked car on main road and enjoyed our day thoroughly !
Great dog beach/park
Brohard Paw ParkEasily accessible with abundant parking. Water hoses at gate for clean up. Poop bags and garbage cans. Sand, ocean and lots pups = my idea of paradise 👍
Pet friendly with great live music
Coco's Crush Bar & GrillOur server was wonderful, all staff friendly and customers out to have a good time, many stopping to say hello to our Bowie 🐾. Great live music, good food and drinks.
Excellent service & food
Landy's RestaurantStaff was very friendly and welcoming. We sat on the newly renovated patio by the water.
Clean, comfy and affordable
Quality Inn Calhoun North I-75Very nice and spacious room, great bed, simple and perfect for us plus our dog. Easy check-in. Well lit parking lot and walkable residential neighborhood behind hotel. Healthy quick breakfast included. Not many restaurants nearby so plan ahead if you want to buy dinner. Wish all our road stops were like this.
Great food, drinks, service & dog friendly
Buoys Waterfront Bar and GrillThis gem had a welcoming staff, delicious food and drinks. Our dog was greeted and offered a water bowl right away. Definitely check it out!
Wouldn’t recommend for dog
Candlewood Suites Mooresville an IHG HotelFirst time staying at a hotel with our dog so we don’t have much to compare to. The hotel is clean and concierge staff were very nice. The rooms have barely stocked kitchenettes which we didn’t need; seem better place for remote workers of whom we saw many here. We were given a 2nd floor room which wasn’t ideal when having to take Bowie to potty. I will not be staying here again.
Not deserving of the Bring Fido sticker
Lazy Flamingo 3, Incour friends brought us here by boat for lunch and food was good, waitresses friendly, wait about 25 minutes as only 3 tables in “dog friendly” area outside. As the waitress called us to come in and led us through the restaurant to patio, a male waiter or mgr. yelled towards our general direction “there’s a dog door outside for patio access so let’s not be walking though the restaurant with a dog”. 1st: shouldn’t the waitress have told us that as we had no idea, 2nd: our dog was very well behaved and walked in right beside us, 3rd: couldn’t this man have said this in a more polite way with minimal effort ? We will not be back , with or without our dog
Wonderful meal, staff and ambience
Collins Quarter at Forsyth ParkWe felt welcomed right away. Our pup was immediately offered a fresh bowl of water as we sat in a lovely spot on the patio. Delicious food and drinks with many healthy options. Yet another we love visiting Savanna:)
Always a great experience here
Miceli's RestaurantWe’ve been here several times over the years for great food and music. This was our 1st visit with our pup. It was a busy night so we were sat by the doors on the patio but it worked out well. He was treated very well by staff and friendly customers :) Great dinner as always
