Loved it!!

Stayed here sort of last minute and so glad we did! The room was so so cute, the location was very central, the pet policy was reasonable, and the owner was very accommodating. It also was immaculately clean and just had the best all-around vibes! I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Hot Springs.

Would definitely come back!

Nice variety of beers for the humans and since there’s no kitchen, dogs are allowed inside. They allow outside food if you’re looking for somewhere to eat with your dog (especially in bad weather!) or you can order pizza from across the street at your table and they’ll deliver for free.

So nice!! I’m jealous of the locals.

This is an incredibly nice and well-maintained dog park. There’s no food or treats allowed, which was great for my dog who tries to resource-guard old tennis balls when they get left behind. There are some agility training obstacles for pups to explore playing on and under, or plenty of space to just run around. Separate big dog and small dog areas, too. I wish we had a park this nice where we live!

Nice trails, happy pup

Stopped here when passing through on a road trip, enjoyed the trails and being able to move around after hours in the car. Signage for the trails could be improved, but overall nice park.

A little weird, but overall nice stroll

As other reviewers mentioned, the trail is sort of weird if you start at the Sugarlands Visitor Center because you have to walk along the road for a bit until you reach the trail. However, once on the trail it was very nice with a river and trees that made you forget that you were walking on a road just minutes ago. We met a friendly local that came stocked with dog treats and offered one to my dog (after getting my permission) and of course my dog thought that was the best thing ever.

Road trip lifesaver!

I was so glad to stumble upon Duke’s on a recent roadtrip. When traveling with an anxious dog, you don’t want to have to make a lot of stops. Stopping at Duke's let us take care of bathrooms for humans and dogs, snacks, and gas all in one. The gated dog park area was especially nice to let my dog stretch her legs off-leash. I’ll definitely stop at Duke’s again if driving through.

Perfect for an overnight

Stayed here while passing through on a road trip and it was great. For the humans: very clean and comfortable, decent breakfast options, reasonable rates. For the pups: small gated dog area for pups who prefer to potty off-leash and accommodating staff who put us in a room near a stairwell so our reactive pup could go outside without having to trek through the lobby. A stress-free stay, which is saying a lot when traveling long distance with a dog!

Great option, especially in bad weather!

I was driving through Memphis during a cold snap and needed to find somewhere to eat with my dog. Plenty of places had dog-friendly patios, but no one was serving on patios in 30 degree weather! Lucky for me, dogs are allowed in Flying Saucer’s indoor atrium (they call it the “beer garden”) so I was able to enjoy an excellent variety of beer and some good food without freezing. An absolute lifesaver!

Very pleasant, even in the freezing cold!

We needed someplace to stop and eat while driving through Asheville, but it was during the awful cold snap. Sure, plenty of places have dog-friendly patios but how many of them are willing to serve you in 30 degree weather? Twisted Laurel was so welcoming and set up two heaters at our table to try to keep us comfortable despite the cold. The food was delicious and the doggy menu was adorable. Fantastic experience despite the weather.
