Unacceptable stay. There was a hole in our door, and staff entered our room without notice. Ownership was unreachable and failed to resolve any issues. The property was dirty and poorly managed—even the cleaning staff complained about the owner. Guests were openly grouped together complaining; multiple people left and several couldn’t even access their rooms. I would not recommend staying here.
