Sapphire Falls Fail

Sapphire Falls is great if you leave Fido at home. The hotel has a large pet walk that is green and floral. But it isn’t overseen by staff on a regular basis. Making it a little poopy because some pet owners don’t pick up, especially larger pets. When we entered our hotel room the stench was unbearable. We were forced to get our own products to clean. So that left us with a question, why the $100 non refundable charge for pet cleaning? We also had a hard time getting our room cleaned because the dogs had to be out of room. which we did and let them know that we had the dogs out so the cleaning can be done. An hour and a half later the room was still NOT CLEAN. For the amount of money we spent to stay on Universal Property, we feel we should have had a better pet friendly experience.
