We've booked with them 3 years in a row with our dogs as well as with a friend's dog. They are always accommodating and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I suggest bringing a life jacket if your dog isn't a strong swimmer just in case. There can be a wake from the boats going by. Such an amazing experience though highly recommend!
