Giant Schnauzer Lover ❤️

My dog & I stayed for 4 days 3 nights. It was a nice stay. The staff was very nice & personable. The morning breakfast was very good, eggs, sausage, waffles, cold cereal, muffins, yogurt, coffee, nice choices. Although my dog didn’t receive “special treatment “ there were plenty of grassy areas for us to explore. Nice location in an industrial area, Starbucks nearby, a 7 Eleven & gas station within walking distance.

You just can’t go wrong with Sonesta, I always love that comfortable feeling when I walk in their rooms. Comfortable, clean & mostly quiet. People living in RV’s with unleashed dogs nearby was my only concern. The grounds were clean, well maintained. My dog received a water bowl, potty bags & a beef stick treat upon arrival. Overall the rooms and staff exceptional. I will always look for Sonesta for my home away from home. 🐾❤️

I stayed 7 nights because my dog needed to have surgery. We asked for a quiet room away from elevator, stairs, heavy traffic area. At check in we were assigned a room that was all of what we didn’t want, but immediately the front desk clerk accommodated me, I was thankful. The room was clean & quiet. Nice breakfast is served between 6am-8am. I had a little trouble with my cell phone, no phone service in the building and must sign in to their WiFi. The TV wasn’t the best because it too is WiFi, dubbed voices, volume variations from channel to channel.
Customer service was very dry. It felt strange that front desk employees had no smiles on their faces, no good morning welcome, thanks for checking into our hotel, come back to see us again... nothing. I worked at a hotel many years ago, all I could do was keep our guest happy and make them want to visit us again, it starts with a smile. They had no pet amenities. Ana was the sweetest person, she spoke gave a wonderful smile every day & was the hardest worker & so was the housekeeper. I let them both know how appreciative I was. They made my visit worth while during my dog’s recovery.
