The room was clean but the hotel could really use a face lift. It's drab and dingy. The room was darker than I like. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were old and pilled. The green space is exceptional, though. There's a lot of it and there's a neighborhood adjacent to the hotel. So a quiet walk is doable. The service is great. I had an issue with the TV and they solved it immediately. I wouldn't stay here again but it served it's purpose for one night - clean and safe.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is very secluded. There are no restaurants nearby so you’ll want delivery. That said, there’s not much to choose from. There was plenty of space to bring the dogs out. If you’re passing through, this hotel will be just fine. If you’re in Memphis and want to explore the town, this is the wrong choice.

This is the first time I’ve stayed at a Moxy hotel. I absolutely loved it. It’s got a great, hip vibe without trying too hard. I like that it is a per visit pet fee rather than a per pet, per night fee. There’s not a lot of green space, though. You’re basically on a city street though it is incredibly quiet in this town. You aren’t having to cross busy streets and there are four-way stop signs everywhere. I would absolutely stay here again and I will look for Moxy hotels in every city that I travel because they are just really cool. Be advised there are no drawers or closets. You hang your stuff on pegs. It’s a great way to maximize a small space.

My room was clean when I arrived. There’s a lot of places to take the dogs out to potty. It’s a nice hotel for the price. I took “a bone” away because of some issues my room had that are probably isolated. My toilet ran all night. There was no maintenance person but a guy came to the room at 11:15pm when he arrived for his shift. He “fixed it” until I had to flush again. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open unless I propped it open. Twice my cards had to be activated. I wasn’t thrilled about having to walk into the lobby in my PJs and bed head! Yikes! I say give it a try. Sans those few things it was a good place.

I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel rooms have obviously been updated. The room was clean and well appointed. The location is in an industrial area which isn’t ideal but compared to the 2 other hotels I’ve stayed in, it was well worth being in that location! There was plenty of good space to potty the dogs. It was such a good experience that I’ll book other BW location’s without hesitation!!

I really liked this hotel. It looks like it was recently updated. It was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It’s close to the highway and off the “main drag.” But it was quiet. Good space for the dogs to potty. It’s also a very good value. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

I really liked this hotel. It wasn’t as nice as I thought it would be, however. I don’t think the room was any nicer than a Hampton Inn or Sleep Inn but the hotel itself had more to offer. They have a full restaurant/bar. The rooms were clean and well-lit. The fee was a flat fee and no restrictions about leaving pets alone. There was no great place to potty the dogs. Just some rock/dirt landscaping out front. There were a couple spots with grass in the parking lot. However, there’s a city college across the parking lot that had a great walking trail amongst a lot of open green space. I also felt very safe here.

I am glad I chose this hotel. First, no pet fee! The rooms are clean and the bed comfortable. Easy parking. Pets can’t be left alone in the room; that’s the only downside but if you say you’ll just be gone a short time (to pick up food, as an example) they’ll make an exception. I highly recommend The Sleep Inn.

Find another place to stay. My key never worked so the multiple times I went in and out (because of the dogs,) the front desk person had to come up to my room to let me in. The internet was down for over 2 hours. The fridge didn’t work so my dogs’ food was spoiled. The towels were threadbare. The area to potty the dogs was out the front door and was very tiny. Not a lot of grass on the property. Having said that, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there’s an Outback Steakhouse adjacent.

I really like this hotel. My room was clean and it was cozy. The staff is great. Helpful and friendly. I was on the second floor next to a set of stairs (wide, carpeted,) so it was very easy to get my dogs outside. There’s a lot of green space all around the hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again. And it was actually my second stay.

Even better than expected. Very clean, nice rooms, great staff. My room had an issue with the heating/air unit. The maintenance person was there to fix it in just a few minutes. After dinner it was apparent that it wasn’t fixed so I had to change rooms. It wasn’t exactly convenient but the staff was helpful and it was no big deal. It’s very clean, lighting was good. We were on the first floor so it was easy to get the dogs out. There were poop bags right there and the area itself was very clean. This location isn’t in the “commercial” part of the area; it’s more isolated. Because of that it was less expensive than the other Hampton but I doubt it was less nice than the others. It’s by the highway but you can’t tell. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel could really use a face lift. It’s run down. It was a dingy room but clean enough. The TV picture was distorted so if I wanted to watch TV I had to do it on my laptop. It was hard to open the door to the room. Took me up to 10 attempts. Twice the front desk person (who was great) had to let me in. The bed was comfortable. There’s no real designated place for the dogs but there were many “quiet” places to go. There’s really not much to this place. It was fine for one night but I wouldn’t spend more than one night here.

I enjoyed my stay here. It’s a very interesting place. I loved my room. having said that, there are some downsides. The space to potty your dog is very small. If you have a dog that needs a decent amount of space to walk around and potty, consider that you’ll be on the city street. There is a park nearby though.
But there were no shows going on the night I was there so the area is a ghost town. There were no restaurants open within walking distance. I thought it was a cool, different type of place so it worked for me and my 2 dogs but it might not be the ideal for many people.

Cleanliness was most important to me and this place seemed clean enough. It’s a very dated hotel. Dark carpets. Dim lighting. The bed wasn’t extremely comfortable. But, for a night on the road, it was fine. I felt safe. The dogs had ample places to go potty. It was quiet. I don’t think I’d stay here again, though. I’d try something different. But it was a good, clean spot and priced perfectly.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. My room was spotless. The cleaning solutions they use had a bit of an odd smell but that was no big deal. The rooms are bare bones. But cleanliness was my number one concern and this room was certainly clean. There aren’t many food options in the area but Pizza Hut delivers so that was fine by me. The staff was friendly and professional and welcomed my 2 dogs. They even chose my particular room so that we wouldn’t run into another dog on the floor (it would be a barkfest). The hotel is surrounded by rocks but a more bathroom appropriate area was close by. For such an inexpensive hotel, I was pleased with the accommodations.
