The pet policy they have you sign was a lot of standard stuff like picking up after your pet, pets not being in food area but one clause is that they can charge you $150 if your pet causes a noise disturbance. We got a call in the middle of the day. We did not get charged. They forgot to give us a door hanger that is special for pet rooms. The other thing was we were leaving and my dog was scared getting on the elevator and an employee stuck her hand in the elevator door to keep it open and said she really wanted a picture of my dog. Didn't ask, just took it! Rude and my pup was scared and she made it worse. I had all my stuff so I needed to take elevator to get it all down. The outdoor space for pet walking is good but they need more trash cans and bags for pups because there was a lot of 💩 not picked up! The lobby had dog treats and a water bowl.
