We visited Sicily’s on 5/31/25 after hiking Blood Mountain earlier that day. They have multiple signs hanging up about the dog friendly patio. We waited inside on the bench until they had our table ready which was only about 5 minutes. The patio is fully enclosed with fans in the corners, TVs up in the middle, and corn hole on the side to play. It was very nice! We had the garlic knots as an appetizer which were smothered in garlic butter and were absolutely delicious. My husband had the Chicken Parmesan and I had a Pepperoni Stromboli. We devoured everything and it was so good! We were the only ones on the patio with a doggo at the time but it was a good sized area and seemed very accommodating for pets. We are excited to go back.

We stopped by for some food after a hike in the area. There were several tables on the front sidewalk for outdoor seating. We had our little travel pup, Cupcake (our 8lb Pomeranian) with us. I kept her in a sling the entire time as she is a Velcro dog! The staff were super friendly and offered her water and came out to comment on how cute she was. We had the buttery garlic rolls, pepperoni calzone, and chicken Alfredo. The food was delicious. Would recommend and will be back when we are on the area.
