Pretty great!

The hotel was clean, nice, and very welcoming to doggos, even to our big dog. The only complaint was the day before checking in, I called to ensure we were on the ground floor, they had said yes. Upon check-in the next day, they had "sold out" of ground floor rooms and we were placed on the 2nd floor. My dog was scared to get on the elevator and unfortunately we had to take her by the harness and guide her inside while we got up to our room. I felt horrible doing this and it annoyed me since I was ensured I'd get a ground floor room with my dog the day before.
