Unresponsive, dishonest staff! We left 2 jackets in the closet (our fault) and realized 1 hour after leaving. Called and Kerri (the woman who checked us out) said they are right here, the cleaning crew discovered them. Since they had our credit card, I asked if they could be send them to us and charge it to our account. Kerri said will do. A few days later, called, spoke to another employee who listened and said the manager would call that day. Several days went by with no response. Was told Kerri didn't work there anymore. Contacted corporate offices, was told they'd investigate and get back to us... no response
