We take our girl with us as much as possible. Maybellene loves other people and dogs, and is a very good girl.

We came to St Augustine with FULL intentions of staying here with our dog. When we arrived, we asked about seeing a room, prices and availability. He said he "only had a couple left, and the rate was $103/night instead of the $77/night rate online. When I mentioned that I would just book the room online to save, he said "everyone, even the Hyatt down the road charges a pet fee of $75" (not completely true, but that wasn't my issue..), so I said, "oh, no, I don't have a problem with the pet fee, it's the room fee that is different" and showed him the price on the BringFido app.
He then proceeded to tell me " Well, if you book it on there I have to charge you a $44 parking fee" to which I said "per night?" (Raised eyebrows) he replied "yes - but if you book with me the parking is free." The hotel is cute, and the beach across the road looked fine and not busy, but honestly, I just can't stand a scammer, so we left. We went down the road to Hampton Inn, and had a wonderful experience. The pet fee there was the same price, but for up to 4 nights, not for each night, and parking was $15, and the rooms were extremely spacious. I wouldn't give the time of day to this place after our great experience at Hampton.

This hotel is one of the best we have stayed at ever. We LOVE the fact that every room is dog friendly, because hotels that have certain "pet friendly rooms" typically are just the junky, stinky rooms that nobody else wants. Not so here! The hotel is clean and fresh, the rooms are super spacious, and quiet, it's a quick walk to the gorgeous public beach, which is also (leashed) dog friendly and the breakfast is amazing. The staff is friendly too! Mad props to Michelle at the front desk who was SO helpful at check-in and throughout our stay - she is a keeper for sure! 👏 👏 👏 We will definitely come back and stay here again! Loved everything about this hotel.

Maybellene and her humans LOVED this place. Fantastic food and great service. There is a covered patio for seating and a beautiful greenhouse with seating. Would absolutely return and recommend!

Maybellene loved this place - wonderful wine, scenery, lots of leashed pups and their people.

Great food and nice covered patio, but if you are alone with your Furry friend, it is a bit difficult, because you technically are not allowed inside, but the sign says "see host to be seated" I will say that a waiter found us, and was accommodating when I asked what we should do. We had a great sandwich, and I was able to order something small for my girl too.

I love the ice cream here (they even have fantastic dairy free selections) however, I called to ask about the dog policy because I was alone with my Furry girl. They told me that someone would have to wait outside with her while the other person ordered. When I told them it was just the 2 of us, she just said "oh, I'm sorry... no pets allowed inside." So, if you are alone, it's not dog friendly.

Friendly waitstaff, covered and uncovered large patio area with lots of tables. They offered water for Maybellene and didn't hesitate to allow us to order from the children's menu for her ❤️

Love this spot. Fantastic food, friendly waitstaff, lots of outdoor seating... one day when it was raining, they invited us in under the covered area and offered drinks even though we were just in Falls Park, not dining at the restaurant. The kindness was noted and appreciated.
