Good location. Room dated but clean, right off 95. The door to the room had to be lifted to close it which made it feel insecure.

Really dog friendly; ocean view, nice sheets, bed, clean. Walking/bike path and beach all dog friendly: you can walk for miles. Dog waste bags and trash provided and everywhere, including adjoining state beach. 2 hour free bike rental included with room. Get groceries before arriving at Jekyll unless you want to eat out (market on the island $$$$); Tortuga Jack's good Mexican food, pup friendly terrace. Jekyll Island Sweet Shop in historic district -- YUM!

Clean, nice bed. Grassy area for dog relief. Convenient to highway. Eight minutes to Marty L. Snook Memorial Park for very nice place to walk the dog.

Hotel was very clean, pretty good breakfast choices. Paid the $75 (!) dog fee for the convenience of a nice place to give the dog a good walk before hitting the road again. At that part of the trip, it was worth it: we both needed the exercise.

Convenient location from the hotel you can access NP trails/fire roads, and bike trail to Head of the Meadow -- all dog friendly. Rooms are a bit dated, but clean-nice sheets & towels, comfy bed. Very comfortable for staying with a dog. Also, fenced-in dog play area, relief areas with poop bags & disposal can provided. All about the dogs and the people, too.
