Lovely and joy-filled stay at the Peaks of Otter off the Blue Ridge Parkway in Bedford, VA. Perfect for dogs - make sure you reserve a dog-friendly room. Enjoy walking around beautiful lake or hiking up trails to 3 different peaks. Relaxing and beautiful surroundings. Great food at the on-site restaurant. Very accommodating staff. Thank you to all. Beautiful views of Lake Norman, NC, with sunrise and sunset views from each side of the home. On a private street, perfect for walking leashed dogs. Inside the home is lovely and clean. Love watching sunsets from the screened in porch with overhead fan, the swing by the water, or the dock. Lovely breezes off the lake and plenty of shade for even the hottest of summer days. A perfect stay for us and our dogs. Great host. Thank you to Southern Charm for our stay at this wonderful, safe, private, and quiet gem.
