This place was stunning! It was such a great place for us to bring our dogs and they loved the ocean. However, when we left, we found close to 10 ticks between our 2 dogs and on us. It was pretty alarming how we just kept finding them on us. The beach does have warning signs though. But beware walking through any grassy parts, which is impossible to avoid to get to the beach. So just don’t bring your dog if they don’t have any tick treatments. Other than that, enjoy the beach !
