Former local who now
Lives about 50 miles away. When we are in town at least once a week or more we stop in here to let him run around a play with other dogs. Usually there are quite a few others here but not always.
If you walk along the fence of the large dog side it’s about a quarter mile or so per lap.
Water hydrants for fresh water for dogs on both ends of the large dog side and one hydrant for the smaller dog side.
White PVC canisters along the whole fence that have grocery bags for owners to pick up waste and trash cans at both gates to dispose of it.
Large covered benches, picnic table, and some agility equipment are inside the dog park area. Lots of taller trees around To provide shade.
Grass as of now is maintained well. It was longer this spring but I suppose park workers finally got out to work on parks and knocked it all down in here and it’s on the regular rotation to work on now.
Again typically at least one other dog is here if not many more to play with for my dog. Seems to be most busy from 4:30pm-6:30pm during the week.

Very large dog park. Sticker issues seem to have been resolved from previous reviews. Large dog side is almost a half mile if you walk along the fence. The smaller dog side is still large but not as big.
Grass is freshly mowed (at least when I was here right now), fresh water hydrants are on both sides for dogs owners to help get fresh water for their dogs.
White pvc canisters with plastic bags across the whole park to help owners pick up waste.
Largest downside is no public restrooms for humans, and it’s along the north platte river and so mosquitos and bugs can be an issue.
