All in all, our stay here was fine. But when we called to make reservations for the room, we were told we were getting a suite on the main floor. We also travel with two Labradors. We got to the hotel, and found out that all of their suites around the second floor, they have none on the main floor. There is no way that we could take a room on the second floor with our dogs, as one has mobility issues. And they have no elevators at this hotel. So we had to settle for a room on the main floor with a king bed. That's all they had.

We were extremely disappointed, as we were told we were getting a suite on the main floor. At the very least we should have been able to get two queens on the main floor. But regardless, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice with a very large walk-in shower. We had a roadside room, there were not any good places for walking our dogs close by. And if you walked around to the lake side of the hotel, the geese love it! So that was not a good place for us to go with our dogs with having all the goose poop around.

The staff was very, very nice! The woman who checked us in was very apologetic when she told us that the suite room on the second floor, as she knew we wanted the name for. So again all in all, I would say it's a decent place to stay, but keep in mind they have no elevators. And I highly recommend calling before you go there to assure that the room you expect will be waiting for you when you get there.
