We came here with our havanese for an early dinner. They have two sections for outdoor seating. We sat in the back which had better views of the water. If you have a larger dog, this area may be a little cramped for them as the tables are closer together than the other outdoor dining area.
We went on a Tuesday and did not have to wait. I would recommend trying to get street parking on commercial as the parking next to the restaurant is pricier (Luke's does NOT control the pricing for those spots). They also brought our dog a water bowl while we waited for our food which was nice. Overall, we had a good experience.

We brought our dog here to decompress a little bit before continuing on with our day.
While we only walked a small part of the trail, there was plenty of grass nearby to stretch one legs. The path also leads to the beach. It is small, but allows dogs with certain time and leash restrictions.
Would recommend if you and your pup would like to enjoy some open space in Portland and enjoy some nice scenery.

We took our 15-lb havanese, Chico, on this tour (11:30 AM) on a whim. The staff and patrons were very welcoming of our guy. You are close to the other patrons on the truck so just something to keep in mind depending on your dog's size.
The guides were very kind and, in my opinion, the 50 minute tour length was perfect. There is affordable street parking nearby but even on a weekday morning, spots were limited. Would recommend this tour.

My fiancé and I brought our Havanese, Chico, on board with us for their 1 hr and 45 minute sunset cruise. There was no additional pet fee/ ticket we needed to pay for being our tickets. I would recommend getting there early if you would like a better shot at your preferred seat up top.
Our dog did great as we enjoyed hearing about Portland's history and observing the beautiful scenery. A huge bonus for us was seeing several seals and even a bald eagle during the most picturesque part of the sunset. There are bathrooms on the main level.

This is my favorite park to bring my dog to and we've come here several times over the last few years because of its mostly shaded paths. It's free on the weekdays and less busy.
It's not a very long walk so it's perfect for dogs like mine who tire quicker. My dog also likes looking over the boardwalk to see what might be swimming below.

My family and I stopped here with my dog before driving back home after our day in HHI. It was quite hot outside but the majority of the course is nicely shaded. The friendly staff had no issues with my dog coming into the main building either. If you come on a warm day, definitely bring water for your pup. This was my first time even hearing of a dog friendly mini golf spot so we really appreciated being able to cap off our trip this way.

My family and I came during the dog friendly hours an a weekday evening. There were still a fair amount of people and dogs at this hour but we didn't mind. There was a mix of on and off leash dogs. My dog had a great time running along the shore line. There are also dog friendly restaurants nearby for an after-beach meal which was convenient for us.

My usually skittish dog did very well for his first time on the boat. He actually slept most of the time. The ride was very enjoyable and we saw lots of dolphins from beginning to end. We also were mostly shaded which was nice on a hot afternoon. The crew and other passengers were very nice toward my dog. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I came here for lunch this week and everyone loved it. They offered my dog a bowl of water. There was a lot of outdoor space available for people to sit with their dogs. There were also lots of fans and a great breeze to counteract the warm weather.
The food was also great. We recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy a nice meal outdoors with a nice view.

My family and I took my Havanese puppy to this restaurant for a dinner in April. they staff was very welcoming toward my puppy. There were a few other dogs present and all were well behaved. they also offer the dogs water bowls. The food and drinks were great too! My puppy is usually quite skittish but he did great here.
My only suggestion is if you have a dog that has a high prey drive, this may not be the best spot since there are small chickens that roam free around the property.
