Very Pet Friendly

The outside of the building is a little dated and the rooms small, however, the landscaping and sitting areas are beautiful. It was very clean and the staff lovely.They are more than accommodating for large dogs My Tucker is a 120 pound Black Mouth Curr who was able to open the door twice while we were at the park. They were courteous about the situation and ensured our pets safety till we could return. If the rooms were bigger and had a kitchenette we would definitely return. There are several grassy areas to walk your pet and there were many guests with dogs. A suggestion: Take one of these grassy areas and enclose it as a dog park so a guest can relax and the pet may exercise. I spent most of my stay walking my dogs and came home exhausted. Also install door handles in the pet friendly rooms that are not lever handles. We never imagined the dog could open it as it was so cumbersome to unlock and close the door to begin with.
