This was a four day midweek trip. Beautiful hotel right on the water. We arrived around 7pm and got a pizza from the Copa Cabana Grill. Pizza was good and Nilo was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and great size. The weather didn't cooperate, but it was a good location. When we weren't able to get any heat I spoke with Horacio, housekeeper, and he contacted maintenance. I really didn't anticipate any quick results, but within five minutes they provided a heater. The included breakfast was one of the best. There was plenty of "bathroom" area for our Evie. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lobby smelled very musty. Room was large, bed was ok.

The room was clean, beds comfortable, with good water pressure. The area for dogs was very limited.

Staff was friendly, room was fine, beds were good. Bathroom needed a little update but good water pressure. Would stay again.
