Sketchy area

The park is overgrown and the disc golf course appears abandoned. We were there early in the morning and saw a number of homeless people in the open and in the bushes, so it was just ok for a quick leashed walk with the dogs along the gravel road loop (about half a mile), but shady which we wanted on a summer day - easy access off I-5.

Great Park!

Great dog park for travelers. Entrance on west end is next to small dog area, and large/all dog area is HUGE! Lots of bark on ground, which may have taken care of the stickers mentioned in an older review. Parking lot next to west entrance is large enough for an RV to turn around. There’s a second gate at the east end. Lots of shaded seating, including a picnic table.

Correction To Earlier Review

The maintenance shed is not past the dog park. It’s across the road from it. The sentence about the Internet directions taking you too far should say that the dog park is across the road from the maintenance shed, behind a large picnic shelter.
