Hotel policy allows for 14 day max stay. I explained my situation to the hotel owner, that my apartment would not be available until 9/1, and he graciously offered to allow my wife and I along with our 2 dogs to stay until the apartment is ready. The room is very comfortable and spacious enough for my wife to perform her remote work assignment.
