It was ok
Best Western Inn at the RogueThe room was musty and couldn’t get rid of the smell. We were there two days. There are small grass areas in front or across the street is a small park. you can walk across the bridge to access a paved (and non paved) walkway along the river. There were a couple of sketchy characters in the park but mostly I felt safe. The staff was nice and other than the musty smell, the room was ok.
No real green space
Best Western Santa Rosa InnThis place was great in that all rooms are ground level set in the old school style layout. We could park right in front of the room, which was clean and comfy. There are a few places marked for pets with fake grass. Unfortunately my pup won’t go to the bathroom in fake grass. I had to walk her down the street to the Hampton Inn’s front lawn. It wasn’t ideal for walking dogs. My dog got several stickers in her paws after walking in grass/dirt areas (not the area in front of H.I.) If I didn’t have a picky dog, I would stay here again for sure.
Would stay here again
Homewood Suites by Hilton Cathedral City Palm SpringsThis location is tucked away at the end of a street. There are plenty of areas to walk your dog. In the SE corner (?) is a small fenced dog park area with grass. There is another larger open grass area at the NW corner. The room was large enough for my pup to play with her toy. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. Very happy with our stay.
