This place is so neat, very eclectic and artsy. The parking situation kinda sucks, but that’s just cities, not the hotel's fault. No one went out of their way to make our dog feel welcome, but they didn’t make us feel unwelcome. 5 bones for the cool environment.

Only thing that’s not really great is there’s nothing to eat after 9:00 PM in that town, but I guess if you’re the granola camping type of character, restaurants aren’t super important. There was a sauna and hot tub which is super cool, but we were traveling across the country and only stayed one night, so we didn’t have a chance to use them. They do charge a pet fee that’s lumped into their other fee - so whether you want to rent their equipment or not, you’re paying that fee. Eh. That was the only downside.

This is seriously one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. The gift shop was super cool and they had Bark Ranger tags in there for sale! We’ve been traveling for two weeks and this was the comfiest bed to sleep in by far. Also the room was stocked with Dove products which is super nice.

I mean… it’s a Red Roof. They all consistently suck. None of them are great. It’s a place to sleep. Looks like a prison but I’ve stayed in skeevy Red Roofs before, so it was just… meh. Okay. Glad it’s at least affordable and we don’t have to pay to bring our dog. You get what you pay for.

The ONLY reason they get two bones is because the bed wasn’t terrible. The room was gross, smelled weird, and the shower was DISGUSTING - seriously so bad that we refused to shower in it. This place price gouges like crazy. We had to pay $238 for ONE NIGHT. At a flippin’ SUPER 8! Wasn’t even a holiday weekend. They also charged me TWICE and were super rude when I said I had already paid, so I don’t even know what I can do about that. I’ve booked through BringFido many times and have never had a single issue until this hotel. They have bones on the counter but they made my dog sick.

They don’t charge a pet fee! We were given a bowl and a frisbee at check-in. Super nice place and the room was huge.

Only reason this didn’t get 🦴🦴🦴🦴🦴 is the horribly inconvenient dog potty situation. They told us to just use the gravel on the back patio area, so we did but that kinda felt gross. Also you have to pay for valet parking, which I wasn’t expecting - that’s probably less on this hotel though and more of the fact that it’s in Downtown El Paso. Other than that, it was nice.

The food was very good and they all loved my dog, Nova! They gave her some ice water in a bowl and lots of pets.
Love this area! Everyone is so welcoming to pets, which is the best part.

They were very accommodating for my 42 lb Aussie! It was a great bus ride and our driver was very knowledgeable. We all learned a lot and got to see the beautiful architecture of Savannah. I will say that if your dog is larger than lap/purse size, you definitely want the front seats because the middle has no leg room.

Okay so, yeah, they are pet friendly, but they said they were only pet friendly outside. So we’re outside freezing to death, miserable, and I walk inside to use the restroom and there’s a room with about five or six dogs in there. I ask the first lady I see (who turns out to be the manager) if they’re having some sort of dog party, and she says no - that they are “service dogs”. I had even clarified “you’re saying all of those dogs are all service animals, every single one of them?” and she said they were. All she had to do was say it was a special dog friendly section of the restaurant that was full, but instead she lied and tried to say they were service animals and that’s why they were inside while we froze to death outside. That immediately upset me, the gaslighting bit, as I have experience with service dogs and the training it takes to create one. I go back to my table, and the whole family is shivering and I tell my family member about all the dogs inside, so he gets upset and goes inside and speaks to the same woman about it. She comes out and says “If you would have given me time to explain, I would have told you that we have a room for dogs separate from every thing else, but it’s full”, which is a lie because she had plenty of time say whatever she wanted, and she chose to tell me that all of those dogs were service animals, a lie!, and disrespectful to genuine service animals. My family member thankfully got us moved into the dog room by the end of our meal so we could have some heat and protection from the cold, but it was just the way the manager handled it all that didn’t set right with me. The food was terrible too, maybe because she was caught lying about service dogs… I ended up not even eating. At least our waitress was nice and brought my dog some water.

This was a nice dog park. I like that they have two different sections. Honestly, it gets so busy that they should really add another section, maybe one on the other side of the road.

The family and I stopped here with my dog. We had a lovely time walking around, and the access point to the beach has a runway that makes it much easier for disabled individuals to get to the beach and be included in the fun. My mom could walk to the ocean easily.

Getting to take your dog to the cinema is such a wonderful experience. This was our first time. My dog met their Chinese Crested pup and they seemed to like each other. It was so nice getting to watch a movie with my girl, and a place that accommodates pets in this way is truly a gem. Such a rare find. Can’t wait to go back next time we’re in town!
