Beautiful hotel on the lake, super dog friendly.

The whole building was very welcoming to our Piper. I saw in the reviews that some guest puppies received treats in the room but we didn’t. The restaurant servers provided water bowls and lots of attention to our pup. There was a slight mix up with our room at check in. We reserved a lake view room but were told there were none available so we were put in an upgraded city view room even though my confirmation showed lake view. Fortunately, later in the day we were able to move and view that beautiful lake from our window. We already booked another stay in November but I would recommend calling ahead to be sure you are checked into the room you booked.

Staff was very welcoming, and gave us tips on places to eat and visit.

The staff was very welcoming. After we were seated , our dog was immediately offered a treat and a bowl of water. Every single server stopped to pet our pup and say hello. Plus, the food and beer were both very good!
