Construction not good for dogs
Hyatt Place Roanoke Airport/Valley View MallAll staff were very inviting & the modern room was quite large enough for more than one dog. However, watch out for all the debris around the entrance & exit doors & all around!! Including GLASS, pieces of drywall & other construction materials all around -- not cleared for your pooch!! When this construction is completed I think staying in any of the hotels around this area is convenient from the highway and there are plenty of grassy areas for a dog walk.
Comfy room
The Hotel at Arundel PreserveThis hotel is dog friendly! 55lb Veda a tall GSD mix was comfortable in a standard room just she & I … might be tight for more! Again, another hotel under renovations on our trip this week so watch out for that. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again! Vida absolutely love the enormous football field size grassy area in front of the hotel, and there were no other dogs to play with, but she ran around and around. If you look hard enough, you can find little trails that connect some of the apartment buildings around there and parks nearby located on the Baltimore Washington Parkway. Easy access on and off, I’d say that’s the gift!!
Great hotel stay for dog
Courtyard by Marriott Springfield AirportThe Courtyard is easily accessed & my dog could run about after a long road trip. All employees were welcoming & kind with my dog & genuinely interested that our needs were met. Spacious comfortable lobby & rooms.
Great stay
Fairfield Inn by Marriott Pittsburgh New StantonThe grassy area is large & clean… many bunnies. Easy on/off from highway. Good breakfast and coffee. Perfect stop with dog/doggies on your journey!!
