We have been to Cafe Fina several times and have never been disappointed. All of the wait staff are very attentive and love to see Daisy when we arrive. They bring out water for her and Daisy loves the grilled chicken from their doggie menu. The people food is excellent too. Every time we visit Monterey we eat at Cafe Fina.
