It’s a motel but clean and terrific location to Fairfield University. The pet fee vs maid service was questionable though. The pet cleaning fee was $30+ a night, not unreasonable. However, there was no maid service for stays under 3 nights. So we paid $30+ a night for pet cleaning service that wasn’t provided because we were there for two nights? The free breakfast wasn’t worth the trip to the main building. Bagels, English muffins, a couple pastries & cereal. And hard boiled eggs.There is a diner next door that hit the mark though.
