Great Property and Location
Sonesta ES Suites FlagstaffThe units are dated and a bit worn, at least the unit we occupied, but it could simply be one of the units they favor for pets. The property is well maintained, clean and orderly. The staff is friendly and they have a beer and wine bar adjacent to the front desk. A nice bonus when you don’t want to leave the property after a long drive. The dog walking and potty area is the back stretch of the back building, its entire length, which leads to a secondary field accessed by walking down a grassy slope. There’s also access from the parking lot via a set of stairs. Multiple dog bag stations are located throughout the dog walk area. We didn’t get to explore that field since it was icy, but I’ve not yet come across a better dog walking area on any property I’ve stayed at anywhere. We didn’t get a chance to check it out due to icing, but there’s also a trailhead next to the property.

Great Location
Hampton Inn & Suites Clayton/St Louis-Galleria AreaWhile there does not appear to be any grassy/dog potty areas on the actual property, it sits on the edge of an upscale residential neighborhood. A lovely dog walking area. The neighborhood also has plenty of grassy curbs for potty breaks, including one across the street from the property. A small park is located a block away and has numerous doggie bag dispensers and trash bins and plenty more to sniff. We were in room 231, closest to the front stairs and pool entrance and workout room yet it was nice and quiet. I would stay here again.

Great property
TownePlace Suites by Marriott Albuquerque NorthGreat newer property in a quiet area. Clean and well appointed. Bed was extremely comfortable. I’m not sure if there was a designated potty spot, but I found doggie bag dispensers and trash bins around the building. I was in room 120 and my only note would be that the upstairs occupant sounded like they were putting all of their weight into every step, so maybe the insulation/soundproofing in the ceiling between floors is lacking a bit. Otherwise, we couldn’t hear our other neighbors at all. Also, Costco gas was also only a short drive away. I would stay here again.

Good property
Residence Inn by Marriott Wichita East at PlazzioGood, clean but dated property. The carpet in the room was torn in multiple places and missing pieces at the door. The mattress needed replacing. The kitchen was missing utensils found in most other Marriott properties, like a basic cutting knife and any forks. Not sure if there was a specific potty area, but there are plenty of places for dogs to sniff and potty. We were on the third floor and could only hear occasional noises from nearby rooms.

Nice property
Comfort Suites Glendale State Farm Stadium AreaNice, clean and quiet property, large suites. I was in room 226. The heating unit was extremely loud while warming the room up, but not too bad once it got up to the adjusted temp. Ants turned up in the morning in the bathroom (around the shower) and in the kitchen where I left water out for the dog. Might be a normal thing for the area though. Pet area was easy to find, they had bags, and we felt safe walking around at night. While they accommodate for a dog, they don’t cater to the dog. No bowls or bed provided for use, but I bring my own so no big deal. I’d stay here again.
