Close to the highway with a great restaurant. Large rooms still had that ‘new hotel’ smell. Beautiful tile in bathroom and thick velvet curtains. Dog walking area not designated but close green spots can be found. We would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect spot to spend New Years with our skittish little guy. So, so quiet! No fireworks or loud revelers -- perfect for us. To find a dog friendly room in a NPS park was a godsend. The room was very dog friendly, with a large dog crate in the room. Beds were comfortable, and the chairs outside were nice for stargazing. My only suggestions would be for a microwave in the room and hooks or bars for towels in the bathroom. Leo loved being with us at the canyon!

Not only was our food tasty, our pup was welcomed inside, given his own menu and water dish. He loved his ‘pup’cuterie board- especially the cheese selection.
