Everything was fabulous. There were no issues. The place was super clean, very friendly and accommodating!

The staff was amazing from check-in to checkout! The room was a bit dated with some issues like the fireplace didn't work and there were rips in the curtain but the service and the location more than made up for it!!

They allow dogs which was important and why we choose this location. However, they made a point to tell us that the animals were only allowed on the floor, not on the beds or the furniture. They made no attempts to be dog friendly, we had issues with our room heating not working correctly, cleanliness issues throughout the hotel, and other dogs were barking for hours during the evening making it disruptive for our dogs and us. We won't be back.

Facilities were beautiful with lots of little upgrades all over the place. The breakfast was amazing, the pillows and beds are so comfortable and staff were friendly. Only cons we experienced is no hot tub, when we went to go to the pool, it was full of kids so we weren't able to use it without waiting 2 hours for them to leave. Also, we had asked for a room near the side exit for easy potty times and got a room right next to the main desk instead.
