The 2 bedroom suite was comfortable and tidy as usual for these Marriott Suites. The hotel should consider constructing some more outside amenities (seating, a gazebo, decorative lighting etc). Being in Florida it would be nice to have a place to enjoy the outdoors a bit, especially at night when your at a hotel. Also, the pool closes way too early, a little more effort could go a long way there and make it a top contender hotel for the area

Room did not have extra pull out sofa bed as listed. We booked for the jacuzzi room, which in the pictures and description it lists a pullout sofa bed. Huge disappointment considering we just finished a nonstop drive from Arizona to Florida and was looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi. Also, no rollaway beds as listed. Staffing was mediocre, pool was drained, and when we were given a “substitute” room that had a sleeper sofa (minus the jacuzzi), it was disgusting: missing toiletries, and the furniture was torn up.
Upon seeing that, we immediately turned around and checked out. I know it says “no refunds” but given all the screw ups and the fact that we didn’t spend more than 10 minutes in the hotel, you would think it would be best practice/ business to at least give a partial refund on our couple days we booked for 🤷🏻♂️. Regardless, take my $400+ dollars, you couldn’t pay me to stay there. Not worth it. Zero out of 5 if I could choose it.

We did a cross country trip, loved this place and its location. Comfortable rooms, pretty landscaping, nice amenities, and it feels private despite its city location. Only downside was our tub was missing its plug and the water wasn’t very hot, but given your in Arizona it wasn’t a must.

Got in late, but nice place. Didn’t get to use all the amenities before leaving, but staff was friendly, room was tidy, and had a good classy feel.

Clean, friendly, and convenient. Could use some outdoor amenities, chairs or something to enjoy environment. Other than that, no complaints.
