The area is great but the property needs a lot of maintenance. Mold on bathroom walls. Old food and rust on the grill. Green mold on outdoor furniture that was not cleaned. When contacting host, he said grill was usable with the rust but there was no gas. Then he had a charcoal grill sent over. Rusted and no charcoal. He said I could use my own, clean my own tables or I needed to leave. The property would be great if it was maintained. Pier is overgrown, gutters hanging down. Hope that these things get fixed.
