The staff, from the person who checked us in to the housekeeper, were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, I won't say luxurious, but they are appointed well with little refrigerators and coffee makers. It certainly looks like weary travelers to Mayberry on HWY 52 By-Pass could have stayed here when the show was on, but fortunately some remodeling and paint have updated that look somewhat. A nice place to spend the night, and the grassy area (and trail to somewhere) that goes by the front of the property, make this a good choice. If you need everything to look like a mall, this isn't your place, but if you occasionally dream of a simpler time, this is a nice stop.
