This is our 2nd visit to the Greenwood Indy South Inn. This is our new stop on our trip from Florida to Chicago that we do annually. Great location, easy on/off the highway. I love the luxury vinyl plank floors - so easy and clean. Staff is very friendly and there is enough grassy areas around the hotel for the pup. Great water pressure for the humans to shower!! Great breakfast! I now ALWAYS hope there is availability when we need to stop for the evening! Highly recommend.

First time at the Gainesville La Quinta and it was a great place to stop over for the night on our way from Chicago to Southeast Florida. Our Ollie is a 67 lb Standard Poodle so love that they allow bigger dogs. So many places we've stayed in the past no longer do it so it's great that the La Quinta hotel chain typically does. Breakfast was good and so was the coffee. Room was very clean. I will definitely stay here again next time we do that long trek!

Stopped here on the way from Florida to Chicago. Desk Clerk was very friendly to me AND Ollie. Room was great. Plenty of space to take Ollie out and parking was great, especially since we were pulling a trailer. I'd stay here again.

Very pet friendly for easygoing doggos. Just need to keep them on a leash which is perfectly acceptable. Gave me water for my pup and everyone stopped and pet him. He even met Zeus who was an incredible doggo host! A must!

Had a first floor room which was great! Rooms were comfy and clean.

Two Georges at The Cove is now called The Cove Restaurant. New owners, completely renovated and the food is now excellent. Great atmosphere! While I've seen a few dogs since the changes, I'm not 100% sure where in the restaurant they are still allowed. I would call first.

I’ve stayed here several times with my 75 lb Standard Poodle and was looking to stay again for an upcoming getaway. So sad their policy changed to pets 25 lb or smaller. Great place though😧😢

We stopped here overnight on our way to our Florida residence from Chicago with our Standard Poodle. Staff was ready for us and so friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was done quickly and professionally honoring all social distancing needs and requirements. There was a place next to the hotel for my dog to stretch his legs and it was easy to get to a sidewalk for a little walk as well. He was also very comfortable in the hotel with no stress issues. This will now be my go to overnight stop on this trip going forward.

Hotel is newly renovated and very clean. Our room was quiet, which was great so our dog wasn’t on high alert all evening. Beds super comfy and a great area along the parking lot for a little frisbee and potty breaks! Would stay here again.
